Education Influence responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page explains how to submit a takedown request.
1. How to submit a notice
Send a written notice via our Contact page that includes:
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with a URL or enough detail for us to locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our response
On receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the member who posted it. Repeat infringers may lose access to the platform.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, contact us with a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement, and consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law.
