Mr. Keba Joseph Xavier is an accomplished education leader with over 19 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum innovation, teacher development, and educational technology. He currently serves as Founding Principal and Team Lead – AI & Innovation within the Crimson Schools Network, driving initiatives that integrate Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and future-ready pedagogy into K–12 education.

A UAE Licensed Educator, CBSE-accredited Trainer of Trainers, and Certified DELF Examiner, Keba brings extensive expertise in instructional leadership, teacher capacity building, French language pedagogy, curriculum development, and EdTech integration. His professional work focuses on empowering educators to adopt practical, innovative approaches that enhance teaching, learning, assessment, and student engagement.
