He holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and he's a Ph.D. candidate at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.

Solomon is a teacher trainer and researcher with remarkable presentations at conferences, seminars, and workshops with some notable research publications to address issues on school leadership and administration, curriculum, teachers’ effectiveness and retention, school supervision and productivity, among others.
